This is not a blog about losing weight, eating healthy. or getting in shape.  Yes, these topics will be — and have been — covered.

I will talk about a lot of things here:  health risks to being overweight (goodness knows I already have two of ‘em going on), fashion, clothes, psychological issues, self-esteem, self-worth, etc.

This will all tie in in one form or another to a neglected work-in-progress I have, a novel also titled “Confessions of a Fat Chick.”

Please look at the title closely.

Confessions of a Fat Chick

This is not a how-I-want-to-lose-weight blog.  This is an I’m-overweight-and-dealing-with-it blog with some bits of and-I’m-proud-to-be-who-I-am thrown in for good measure.

I may be “worth it” to take up good/better eating and exercise habits, but let’s face it.  I have good intentions, but they say the road to hell is paved with good intentions.  Will I follow through is the actual question of the day.

And, truthfully, it’s not me you need to be asking those questions about.

  1. I agree with you last statement. Too many people find they are entitled to comment on other people’s lives. You blog is not asking for advise or help. It is your perspective on the world.
